ORDERING

  • Completing the inquiry form does not guarantee order. After you submit your information, we'll be in touch to confirm your order.

  • We recommend placing your order 3-4 weeks prior to your event (or sooner!). We may not be able to accommodate requests received within 10 days of your event.

PAYMENT 

  • A 50% deposit is required to confirm Custom Balloon Installation order. The remainder is due 1 week prior to the event date.

  • Payment can be sent via Venmo or Zelle. Instructions are included in the invoice.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Custom Balloon Installations are fully refundable up to 1 week prior to event date. 

  • The 50% deposit is non-refundable for cancellations made less than 7 days prior.

OTHER INFO

  • Balloons last longer when installed indoors. We recommend setting up outdoor garlands the day of the event. Balloons don't stand up well to wind, hot sun and rain. If possible avoid installing balloons (especially dark colors) in direct sunlight.

  • Clients are responsible for tear down and clean up for any balloon installations (unless paying for take down/disposal). 

  • Rental Stands must be returned to Belmont, NC within 2 days of the event. Clients are responsible for replacing damaged or lost rentals.

  • Balloon Vibes CLT is not liable for any damage caused by taking down balloons. We use wall-safe hooks that shouldn't cause damage as long as they are removed properly.
