ORDERING

  • Completing the inquiry form does not guarantee order. After you submit your information, we'll be in touch to confirm your order.

  • We recommend placing your order 3-4 weeks prior to your event (or sooner!). We may not be able to accommodate requests received within 10 days of your event and they will be subject to a rush fee.

PAYMENT 

  • Grab & Go balloons must be paid in full to confirm order

  • Payment can be sent via Venmo or Zelle. Instructions are included in the confirmation email.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Grab & Go balloons are fully refundable up to 1 week prior to event date. 

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days prior are non refundable

ORDER PICKUPS

  • Orders are available for pickup in Belmont, NC near the Daniel Stowe Botanical Gardens

  • Make sure you have room to transport balloons (they are bigger than you'd expect)

    • 3-4ft garlands and Balloon Stacks fit in the backseat of most cars

    • 5-6ft garlands fit in most mid-size SUVs

    • 7-9ft garlands and Party Towers fit in most large SUVs with seats folded down

RENTALS

  • Clients are responsible for disposing of balloons and breaking down Balloon Rentals, tools and storage box will be provided

  • All rentals must be returned to Balloon Vibes CLT in Belmont, NC within 2 days of event

  • Clients are responsible for replacing damaged or lost Balloon Stand/Accessory Rentals

  • Balloon Stand/Accessory Rentals not returned on time will be subject to the full replacement fee

OTHER INFO

  • Balloons last longer when installed indoors. We recommend setting up outdoor garlands the day of the event. Balloons don't stand up well to wind, hot sun and rain. If possible avoid installing balloons (especially dark colors) in direct sunlight.

  • Clients are responsible for tear down and clean up for any balloon installations (unless paying for take down/disposal). 

  • Balloon Vibes CLT is not liable for any damage caused by taking down balloons. We use wall-safe hooks that shouldn't cause damage as long as they are removed properly.
